Police are hunting a nappy wearing man who approaches women and asks are their baby changing facilities around here? Cleveland {England} police said. The latest incident occured around 11pm.On Sunday when he surprised a woman walking her dog. {its always some bugger walking their dog} in a play area near in Eaglescliffe,Middlesborough. Police said no one had been assaulted by the man but described his behaviour as bizarre and a cause for concern. There have been several reports of him having been seen in Eaglescliffe dressed only in a nappy and we are keen to trace and speak to him.Said the police
Wor, some people have fucked up fetishes.
They have indeed I'd like too see him try that palaver in the middle of a highland winter..But joking aside, these fetishes can sometimes develop into really dangerous obsessions and ultimately rape.
wo, that's one seriously fucked up guy.
he is indeed its a wonder someone hasn't had a go
that guy is a weardo!
He hasn't done anything wrong, so why don't the police go after criminals instead! If he causes any harm to anyone then deal with him but if that's how he wants to dress, let him. By dressing like that he's causing noone any problems, so his decision should be respected.
Bollocks it is a fact that such disturbed behaviour can lead in time to sexual assualt and/or rape, are you saying that the police should take the risk and allow this pervert to wander freely until his condition worsens and he does commit a far worse crime..possibly rape ..you are an imbecile.
Guess wht, listening to classical music, watching PG films, watching sport, reading football and all other everyday activities give people who rape others thrills. Should we arrest anyone guilty of listening to classical music, watching football, watching disney films etc? Bollocks! Yes this person could turn nasty and cause someone some harm, but any psychiatrist will tell you that disturbed people get their thrills from all sorts of everyday things! You may also want to watch A Clockwork Orange which demonstrates the fact I've submitted in this post.
